If I own a chip and scan it for my records and then sell or trade it:

Is the scan still mine because I have "copyrights" to it?

Do I have to tell the new owner that I retain the copyright?

Would it meet Club guidelines for me to submit the scan to The Chip Guide after the chip is no longer mine?

Could the new owner make his own scan of my former chip and submit it to The Chip Guide?

May never come up, but it would be nice to know how the webmaster would handle these situations and whether a Club decision should be made in advance.
