I have no problem with South Carolina. You are right in that the name is pretty unique.

I don't know if the original attributors had anything to base their New Orleans tag or if that was a guess. Westen found them amoung other Louisiana chips which also says something.

If I had to lean one way I'd probably go with Carolina since I can find nothing in New Orleans.
