For certain the $1 Orleans chip can still be found in-play at The Orleans. This includes all of the $1 chips since 1996.

As for the Palms, I doubt that they are on the tables (but I could be wrong) but they can stillbe negotiated at the cage, i.e., no redemption has been issued, to my knowledge.

As for the Hacienda, that is the only $1 chip in-play there.

The Buffalo Bill's is in a grey area. I've not been there lately, but I do believe that they can be cashed at the other two casinos in Primm.
