The hats are not remotely shiny. On an uncirc chip, a photo with flash (as opposed to a scan) would show those hats like mirrors on a CJ chip. The two circular rings are not quite as sharply cut either.
When youve handled thousands of each in uncirc condition you can just tell. Its not something that can easily be explained in words.
