The initial question posed was, is there an ID for these chips?

While no one was specifically familiar with the chips, one poster suggested that they looked to be Christy/Jones molded chips (shiny hats) in an effort to 'date' them.

I disagreed, but, not having the chips in-hand and only seeing the scans, I suggested posting the chips here and perhaps getting an ID which may yield a date of manufacture.
