Though our hobby has progressed, it's nothing like I envisioned it to be just after our club formed... I expected thousands of collectors popping up thru the years, but it never happened... If it were not for the casinos issuing their LE material, the progression would have been much slower. They gave the hobby a jolt, but it needed more than that. It needed exposure along side with other collector groups, such as those that did the small antique/collecibles shows in shopping malls back then.
