I think he is referring to Adam Steiner. Adam kindly does a post each day. He posts a current eBay auction of a more scarce or classic chip. I like the posts as it shows the rich pageant this hobby has to offer. I guess protecting your "fishing spots" can be difficult with a few billion people on the internet, many who are more than happy to help a fellow enthusiast hook a big one!
