why would that piss you off?

you are being offered almost 85% of your asking price. after paying ebay fees it will be closer to 95%.

it was also conditionally based on the item going unsold so i dont see anything unethical about the offer as the
entire ebay community had the chance to buy it at your full asking price.

when i sell i entertain any and all offers, its FREE to say no!
