The chip has been listed in The Chip Rack since 2001. It was also listed in James' book. In fact, the listing in TCR is attributed to James and Dale Seymour.

I have both of the greens, as you do, but have never seen the white one. Since it's not on Larry's site, I will agree with you 100% (as I always do) and assume that the chip does not really exist. To that end, I'm removing it from the active listings until someone comes up with the chip or reliable scan.
