TCR lists N5757 as an off-white Non-negotiable chip from Holiday Casino in Reno. It would appear it was added when the two varieties above it, the grey-green, and the green, were added.

I haven't seen one of these in off-white and it's not shown on Larry Hollibaugh's web site.

Maybe this was submitted as a poor scan of a grey-green chip (N5756)? It can be made to look off white by adjusting the scan settings. Here's a good scan of the two colors I know exist.

I'd like to see the N5757 entry deleted unless there is good documentation in TCR history files.
