The Lucky Dragon is a small casino...and I mean SMALL. I think that it will have more restaurant tables than gaming tables. The Genting project, which I anticipate that we will also be invited to bid on, is HUGE!! Hotels, shopping areas, casinos...I was wondering if Genting was planning on utilizing any of the Echelon structure that is already there, but I highly doubt that.
