I'm about to be involved in my first RR. From what I understand someone posts a new RR here on the BB and then the organizer states the rules and arranges the order in which it is received. The names and addresses are included in with the RR. You can take as many as you want but an equal amount must be replaced. Looking forward to receiving my turn.
