Are these Borland chips?

They are aligned obv/rev and I've had them for 15 years and they match the dovetail samples that were sold by GGS as from the Borland estate.

If not Borland, what are they for? Is there a currency abbreviated MM? Makebelive Money? Myanmar Kyats?
