Does anyone ever go and out and try to find chips or other memorabilia at things like estate sales or storage locker auctions?

Or where can people find old chips that aren't currently 'known' about (like on here or ebay or whatever)?

It just seems like there are a limited (but huge) number of 'known' chips and over the last 50 years and probably for the next 50, we'll just trade them with each other or sell them to other collectors on ebay, etc. But surely there are tons of undiscovered chips out there. Let's say I have time and resources, and the desire to find them (I have the desire, at least!)...where does one start?
