Paypal does not allow electronic payments for raffles and other games of chance.

Several years ago our accounts were frozen because we broke the rules and it took a lot of talking and promises to get us back up and running.

Therefore we do not accept paypal for raffle tickets.

All it takes if one person to mistakenly put the wrong thing on a paypal payment and we are in hot water so therefore we follow the rules.

I have bought raffle tickets for others so it can be worked that way.
