When is a veteran not a veteran.. well that would be in Manitoba Canada.
My brother served in the U.S. Army in Vietnam and is a member of the CDN Vietnam Veterans Assoc.
He has dual citizenship.

A while back, he applied for and received a Veteran's license plate.

The Canadian Legion changed their mind and does not recognize him as a Veteran
because he served in the U.S.

Any thoughts..??
