So, I went on a short cruise...

A nice little, 4-day getaway!

Aboard the M/S Imagination, out of Long beach, CA to Catalina Island, to Ensenada, Mexico and a day at-sea at about 7 knots, allllllllllllllllllll the way back to Long beach. vbg

On the first night of the casino being open, I visited with the casino manager (one of several) to let them know that I was in search of older Carnival chips and if surveillance caught me staring at the trays of chips, I was only looking for chips I needed.

I brought along an 80-pocket, mini stock book, filled with almost 75 different Carnival-only chips. (I left the tournament chips at home!) rofl Over the several days of the cruise, they casino staff was very accommodating and two different managers went to more than half the tables and search the trays for chips not in my stock book.

While the only real find was this red sky $5 (worn) that I spotted at the front of a chip stack in the tray at a black jack table, I was very pleased to get a set of the current "freebie" award tokens from the quarter pusher machines and as a bonus, one of the managers gave me a set of the older, no longer used (4 different) pusher machine award tokens!

Not yet scanned, I was also given 2 decks of cancelled cards!

Thanks for looking!

(I will get these posted to ChipGuide.)
