My wife got a short time "paid" membership 3 to 6 months.
she used it only a couple times and being a "ancestry fanatic" loves it, But what happened next was her father got very ill, Had brain surgery, family issues got her distracted and "it" the short membership was about expire. So she called them in person and explained her situation of not using the site..... they back checked her IPS and site usage and Granted her an extension with no problem.
