Mine mostlyl came through a professional harvesting crew ran by a club member. His crew has been barred in several NV casinos, including the Venetian.

There is no reg against taking cash value chips from a NV casino. LE's were made for advertising purposes and for collectors like us. In 2008 last time I had some made they were about $1.20 each. A $5 chip was $3.80 profit.

NV gaming caused the recent "Hard To Get" chips in the casinos.
They have continually made it harder and harder for the casinos to get LE chips (since 2007) approved and recently banned selling at the cage. They do not like "US."
