When I first saw this chip, tears ago, I supposed it was from Italy.
I was not sure about Panama, Egypt or whatever. Material, graphics, colors were all way too close to some other Italian casinos, Lago Maggiore and Tigullio are very similar

On the other side, the boat pictured is not an italian shape, it's weird.
