Good luck, there's basically nothing you can do but wait it out. I've waisted a lot of time either going to the post office, or calling them on the phone, and they have never been able to find or figure out what happened to a package that went missing in action. Tracking numbers, delivery confirmations numbers, nothing seems to help. They will basically tell you the same thing that the tracking information will tell you on their web site. Back on Sept 9, 2013, I tracked a package that was shipped to me from IN. The only information on the tracking showed that the package was dispatched to Sort facility on Sept 9 in IN at 7:44pm. To this day thats what the tracking information is still showing. The package never arrived....lost forever in the USPS disfunctional universe. If I ever ship anything of any value with the USPS, or have something shipped to me of any value, I always insure it. That's the only protection you have from the USPS.
