Thank you very much for the reply, sharing your knowledge and the fantastic photos. I was beginning to get discouraged from the other unrelated posts regarding my inquiry. It's great to know there are people like you out there that are willing to help a fellow token collector.

I currently have the very rare "A" and "O" tokens but still need the "D" token. When I purchased the "O" token from a fellow collector, he claimed that there were only 14 known in existence. I would tend to believe him since I have never seen any offered for auction.

If anyone reading this post knows where I can obtain the "D" token, your help would be greatly appreciated.
