Yes, all the letters in the club name do exist on tokens. Not many seem to have saved them, though. This set is from the Janice O'Neal collection, one of the best dollar Nevada token collections I've seen.
Except for Franklin Mint tokens, I don't believe manufacturer records exist for slot tokens. I could be wrong, but don't recall seeing any. This series of tokens was made by Letcher Mint although not mint-marked.
I've seen one other set for sale in the $300-400 range for the seven letters. My experience was that every-other-letter was intentionally scarce in the machines (A O D) to encourage players to play for them. Vince's price list had only the more common letters listed, and valued them at $25, AU condition. Janice's catalog showed all the letters, but the A O D were entered later and had higher catalog numbers; she assigned catalog numbers sequentially as she acquired the tokens, I believe.
