A couple of questions regarding the Harold's slot tokens from 1986.

The rarest of these tokens seems to be the "D", "A" and "O" tokens. Does anyone know how many were minted for each of these tokens? What are the values for each of these tokens? Finally, has anyone ever seen a "D" token and does anyone have one available for sale?
