A potential bidder questioned me yesterday about the rate to Canada - all I could do was apologize for what the post office has done. Meanwhile, China charges its businesses a nickel or so to ship overseas, and under the modern postal treaties the USPS does not charge China Post (or other nations) anything to complete the journey.
