It's a wilson speed-printz. You can't see the back in the picture, but it has a cord wrapped around the back. I also have a 3x5 printing press.

The box of letters is fairly incomplete. Only one of the cases has letters in it. That case is pretty close to complete, hard to say because it was turned upside down and all the letters are all over the place.

Can you use this on chips?

No I'm not planning on reissuing illegals! Was kind of thinking of making a home set.
