What has been other people's experience with padded mailers?
I sent 2 illegal chips and did my own padding with extra heavey card board and stronge envelope. They both were broken into pieces.
In the old days, taking something to the post office and having it hand stamped and marked fragile meant something. The lady at the Post Office explained to me that they have a million $ machine that replaced 20 people picking things out of the piles of mail. The machine is suppose to automatically sort out the bubble padded envelopes and go as a flat, which isn't squezzed through rollers for the zip code coding. The thickness of my envelope should have kicked it out but it was not.
