I'll skip most of the small talk, and preface this with a note that we've traded and gotten along just fine. Attempting to have rarity scale based on guestimates of population is brave. And now the unpleasant part.
How do you come up with a grading scale that has nine different Chip State, or perfect condition grades? Centering? Fingerprints? It's a piece of molded plastic, not a coin?
Why do we need something more than the four or five scale for casino chips? 1)New, 2)slightly used, 3)used, 4)worn, 5)Heavily worn, dammaged, drilled, notched, canceled, dog meat! Doesn't this kind of cover it all without some complicated, indecipherable scale?
Thanks!
