Sad to report the passing of Jim Noll

We were just informed that Jim Noll of Escondido, California, a CCGTCC Club member and a member of the Southern California Chip Collectors Club passed away at noon on Sunday, January 26, 2014. He had been under hospice care for the past month after being informed that he had terminal cancer. Jim was the author of TITO (Ticket in Ticket Out) book and has bequeathed his considerable TITO collection to the National Club. For many years, until he was too sick, Jim was the communications officer of the Southern California club, informing others of casino and chip related happenings in the state of California. His smiling face will be missed as a friend and collector. RIP, Jim. ..........Scott and Estelle Hartman
