USPC issued a c&s that says "Variety Club - Tent 17". Now tent 17 is Dallas, TX. No problem. It is a Texas chip

However, there is another Variety Club chip that does not name a tent. It only says "I am the Barker". So where should that be put? I made the decision to attribute it to Pittsbugh, PA which is the home of the Variety Club.

If I had a Coca Cola c&s I would probably attribute it to Atlanta, GA. I would assume that the chip was bought from its corporate headquarters. Of course it the chip has a particular coke distributor shown on the chip, that would be different.
