I've got this old chip that I don't quite understand - It's from the Peppermill in 1998, dedicated to the American Bowling Congress. What is weird is that it says "Limited edition, no cash value"...and I don't quite understand what that means.

Anyways, I don't really think it fits into the parameters of my collection, so does anyone want to trade for it? I'm not asking much - if you have any kind of $5 millennium (year 2000) chip, I'd be happy to do a straight up swap. Or if not, maybe just any regular $5 chip that I don't have.
