Those are really cool! I looked through a few California and Nevada resourses and came up with nothing for poker/gaming rooms. ( they could be private issued) What state or city did you find them in? The only French Village I could come up with is in Missouri. I'm sure some of the the guys will chime in here soon enough.
And there are a few large crown collectors here that would like a set if they are available. (Including me) As far as value...if there is no positive ID then anywhere from $3-8 per chip. If an ID is found could be more. It really depends on who and how many people want them, where they are from and condition.
I really hope that some out there knows where they are from. I like seeing new finds and getting positive ID's on chips. Best of luck!
