Don, I think they should be listed in a separate section on "The Chip Guide" and not in every state.

At least with the ELKS Club Chips, they were used for actual gambling and were not made as gift item only to be sold.

Drink tokens, arcade tokens, POGS, and anything else not directly linked to a casino or place that never had gambling, I don’t think should be listed in "The Chip Guide" by state, but by separate category.

I think there needs to be some direction on what should and should not be added to "The Chip Guide" since this is the virtual museum of the MOGH.
