Thanks Don. Yea, I figured it was done by way of following the DSR reports daily. Makes you wonder who needs to look at those so often if you are only getting good feedback. The reports only show when someone hits one of the four DSR categories with a 1 or 2 star rating. So even a 3 star rating will slip by undetectable. Plus I think Ebay will drop the first couple 1 or 2 star ratings as they view them as a statistical outlier if all the rest are 3- 5 stars.
As for when a seller makes all feedback private, the only thought i have there is "What is that all about?" Its like a store that wont tell you their name. LOL
