These "NC" were considered to belong to the Club Nautico of Varadero for quite sometime. We had/have plenty of photographs from the Casino Nacional showing them use these chips.

Interestingly, there is a group of roulettes that have been considered to belong to the Casino Nacional which were actually from the Nautico.

The NC used the name or CN, next to each other. The Club Nautico always had a CN interlocked in its chips, "coat of arms", and paper.

No serious casino or club would ever have shared design with any other, even if crossed ownership. They were very proud of their emblems, which were reflected in the chips. Even in the very poor clubs or casino, they would "share" chips but one of them would have their initials HS over the other chips.
