Chips don't have to be in flips for mailing. Small paper or plastic bags will work. If you don't have either just fold a piece of paper and staple around the chip so it will not slide around in whatever package or mailer you decide to use. The important thing is that the chip does not slide around. That way it won't damage the chip or rub a hole for the chip to fall out of the mailer. Bubble mailers are the class way to go.
