The problem concerns the Chipguide email that we receive every day. We are not getting all the pics. Many just have the small black "x" and no pic. This has happened for a couple of weeks. Any idea what is going on? Have you changed the way you scan or label the chips pics? This has happened on my both mine and my wife's computer.
