Hello Chippers ,

I am having a problem with a customer on ebay , he messaged me today to tell me the package arrived ... but was empty.

Now I am sure that the chip was placed within the package before I mailed it. I will be looking for the receipt tonight which should show the packages weight.

I have sold several other chips on ebay and sent many others for trades and ive always shipped my chips the same way with no problems thus far.

So , it appears that either the buyer is trying to pull a fast one in an attempt to get an extra chip - or the package was opened during transport and someone stole it. I have asked the buyer to send me a picture of what he received.

The buyer did not purchase insurance and we both have 100% pos feedback. So , what is my best course of action? Is it alright to post the buyers ebay user ID to see if anyone else has dealt with the same buyer?
