From the Collection Library these are the most important things to remember; and this is the order of priority you should use when ordering (Bullet’s 2,3, &4 are essential when placing an order):
• 1)Collection Library Casino Identification Number (Example: Harrah’s New Orleans #135)
• 2)Casino name and location (or area)
• 3)Chip Guide or (TCR) The Chip Rack Identification Numbers (If not given, then do the following listed below)
• 4)Give a description of the chip:
a) Denomination of the chip
b) Color of chip
c) Selling price of the chip $3
d) Inserts (number of & colors)on the chip
e) Casino Logo on the chip
