I've added Nebraska, Virginia and West Virginia to the list of states that I've finished adding my Harley-Davidson dealer chips to the ChipGuide. In order to avoid duplication, I will post which states I have completed. Chippers may then submit any chips that I am missing from those states. Please do not submit from any states that are not listed below.
