I've been waiting for an insured letter size envelope that was marked "Delivered" on Monday, 12/23/13, but I never got it. I've been to my Post Office 2 times already over the past week trying to find out where it is and why it was marked "Delivered" when it never was. Still getting the run around, nobody has an answer for me. Now I'm wondering if I can make an insurance claim since they marked it as being "Delivered"? It's amazing how many problems I've had over the past 6 months with the USPS. They have lost quite a few of my things lately... Never had these issues before.
