You will have to ask Dr. Allan Meyers about TGT entry. He is the one that actually typed it. vbg
Allan gave me the 5 WLR chips in 1998. I sent $5 for the Mason record card and gave him a copy.
We did not even know what WL stood for at the time.
Record card scanned below.

Fast forward to roughly 2011. I had a search ran for any other info on WLR. as I wanted to do an "Illegal of the Day" on them.

Search came back with no known or documented gambling history and he was a Superintendent of Sloan Oil & Gas. Most Texans played poker. vbg Just a guess he had home poker games.
IMO, this info does not distract from the collectability or price of the chips. It adds history.
Just thought you would like to know what I know.
