I just happened to cruise up the Strip tonight and saw that the Linq was mostly open, so I pulled into Harrahs and went to check it out. The bonus was that unbeknownst to me O'Sheas was also open again- I didn't even know they were actually building a new O'Sheas. Built from space that was formerly the IP main cage and the old imploded parking garage, there are two entrances- one from inside the Quad, and another from outside, halfway up the Linq as you head for the "Don't call it a Ferris Wheel"

The north entrance to the Flamingo has also been re-done, with 25 foot high flamingos and a new marquee.
