The Customer or Shopper or Browser in your store or department store is always right.

When I worked for a big box chain, that was our golden rule. No if ands or buts!!!!

The customer is always right. Anything bought from us can be exchanged, returned and refunded.

Remember those days, when in the small mom and pop corner store, right over the register there was a big sign that read....No Refunds, Count your change before U leave.
