One day a few weeks back I was doing some research and ran into the chip picture again. I thought to myself....SJB....perhaps Sam Besase?? Then I looked up his middle name....this was promising. Just found out from the SJB himself...attribution is confirmed! SJB = Samuel Joseph Besase. Still getting more details. He had a stroke a few weeks back and then spent a couple weeks in a nursing home. He's home now and just started going out for breakfast again. Fortunately, Sam seems to be doing just fine. He confirmed that he had these chips made. More details to come as I get them.
