Some people leave feedback and some dont. There is no science to it... I just leave FB for them after they pay and hope to get good FB in return. Some may leave it for you 3 months down the road.. Just like you many times I email a buyer and dont hear anything back... I guess some just want to buy what they want and thats it. Done!

I bet if you didnt ship or something was wrong you would hear from them! lol Or at least they will file a claim with out even emailing you... This has happened too... Guy in France didn't get his chip in 5 days and filed a didnt get the item claim... It showed up 2 days later... Most chip buyers are very respectful...
