Been away from eBay for many years now and decided to go back on. As a seller I need to get my feedback to at least 10(recent sales) even though I have well over 800 positives from buying and selling over the years.
Now that I have broken down and accepted Paypal I find that I am in a little bit of a pickle as to how to do the feedback thing.
To me,if a person pays promptly they should get feedback right? So I have done so, BUT...that said,I find that people who are getting their items do not seem to respect that courtesy and I know not why.
If I receive an item from a seller I think that it is courteous to inform the seller that the item has arrived and to leave feedback if I am happy but I find that several items sold by me have arrived(tracking tells me this)and yet many of the buyers will not even acknowledge the fact that they have received it and many do not leave feedback SO....what to do I wonder? Should I not leave feedback unless they leave some for me(kinda blackmailish to me) or simply go on and hope that people use some common courtesy?
I have actually emailed 3 people to ask if their item has arrived and yet they still do not reply. Puzzling. What has happened to courtesy these days?
Opinions wanted....
