I read and saw pictures in a magazine in my hotel room in Vegas last week that each of the bubbles, also known as observation decks can hold up to 40 people, has LCD screens around the entire inside towards the top to view 360 degrees of Las Vegas below. The attraction will take 30 minutes to make a complete revolution. It is 550 ft. tall and is slated as the tallest wheel type of ride in the world.
