I took a look at the previous rack of chips on the Chip Guide.
They were produced by Chipco International -- note the "CI" logo on that series of chips--
The $1 chip (from Chip Guide):

Since Palm Gaming International (PGI) acquired Chipco, I think the new logo is that of PGI.
It looks like a stylized "PGI" on the newest chips you are showing.
