I found where the pods are being assembled- Just west of Polaris Ave on Birtcher Dr. (NE of Sunset and Valley View) they are moved to the site of the "Don't call it a Ferris wheel" during the wee hours of the morning due to the road closures needed. They are around 20 feet tall and hold what I've heard is 30 people.
